Welcome to Steamate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.mysteamate.com (the "Site") and our services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or our services.

1. Services

Steamate provides cleaning and restoration services ("Services") through our Site and other channels. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason
Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Harass, abuse, or harm others

8. User Content

If you submit any content to the Site (such as reviews, comments, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

STEAMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steamate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right
Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
